Big thanks to these guys! No other shop would even look at my Jeep with a seatbelt/airbag light on. Everyone said the dealer has to diagnose and repair? they got it in and out in 24 hours with 1 seatbelt sensor later it is good as new!

I love this place and the service that they give. They call you and talk to you about what going on. I am 68 years old; it is nice to have a place you can trust. They have work on my wife PT Cruiser 2001 and we have been happy with the work they have done. It rides good and the air is ice cold. Now I take my F150 2002 there and they did a great job fixing the coolant leakage and flush the system out. They also change my oil. They are willing to work with you. My 2000 Corvette had a check engine light along with smoking and knocking noises. I knew it was not good. John Overly checked out the issue and attempted to resolve with the lowest cost option. Unfortunately, that did not remedy the situation. The initial work was completed at the quoted amount and an estimate was provided for the remainder of the work. The repairs were expensive but reasonable for the amount of work. The communication and estimated time for repairs were above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this business! I love John Overly Automotive. They have helped me with so many emergencies as well as scheduled repairs. They were originally recommended by a tow truck driver about 7 years ago who said he had been impressed with their service and had started using them personally. Most recently, my vehicle was overheating so I rushed it in for emergency repair. They were very busy and had to keep it overnight, but told me that immediately. Early the next afternoon, John Overly called to tell me my vehicle was ready and there was absolutely no charge because they had replaced the same part about 2 years ago. They give a 36 month parts AND LABOR guarantee. I would not have realized it was under warranty unless he told me! I tried to get him to take something for their time, but he refused. Highly Recommend Overly! Very professional service. I was getting ready to leave a customers home when my van wouldn't start. Called a friend of mine who tried to help me with it but he and his father told me they knew people who had used and had heard good things about Overly Automotive and to give them a call. I contacted them and explained the issue and was told it could take several days as they were very busy. I told them I understood but whatever they could do to check it out and get it back to me would be most appreciated. They diagnosed the issue which was the security system on the van and got it back to me within 24 hours. I also contacted John a little while back as I've been looking to purchase another van and he was happy to give me advice about the older style cargo vans compared to the newer European style vans. I'm going to be getting another van shortly and will be in touch to see about regular maintenance for it. Very much appreciated the support I received at Overly.
